Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the entire records connected with the detention order of the 2nd respondent in No.396/BCDFGISSSV/2022 dated 31.10.2022 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body and person of detenu namely Mohan, son of Bhoopathi, aged about 23 years, detained in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith. 2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 12.12.2022 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.8342, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department.

3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
