ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2019 to give voluntary retirement to the petitioner. 2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is working as a Conductor in the respondent corporation from 02.01.1993. He is affected by pancreas, lever and also heart disease and taking treatment. Due to his illness, he is unable to do his job. The petitioner made representations to the respondents on 28.08.2019 along with all medical records, to give him voluntary retirement by considering his health https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

condition. Since there is no response from the respondents, this writ petition came to be filed.

4.The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2019 will be considered within a period of 12 weeks.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2019, if not disposed already within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
