ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to withdraw and transfer suit in H.M.O.P No.132 of 2025 from the file of Family Court, Tirunelveli to the file of Subordinate Court at Tambaram.

2. The Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is employed in an IT company at Chennai. He further submitted that the petitioner has no one to accompany her while travelling from Chennai to Tirunelveli, nor does she have any relatives or other support in Tirunelveli, as it is not her native place. Therefore, he prayed that this Civil Revision Petition be allowed.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds the reasons stated to be justifiable and is inclined to allow the transfer.

4. Accordingly, H.M.O.P. No. 132 of 2025, pending on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram. The learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, shall issue notice to the respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter proceed with the matter in accordance with law. The respondent is permitted to appear before the Trial Court through video conferencing, as and when required. The Family Court, Tirunelveli, is directed to transmit the entire case records to the Subordinate

Court, Tambaram, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
