Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the 2nd respondent police to provide police protection to the petitioner for living without any endanger to her life, according to her complaint dated 09.10.2019.

ORDER

Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. It is represented by the Government Advocate that the petitioner and her husband along with the counter petitioners have deceived various victims nearly 161 victims to the tune of Rs.27,83,900/- and enquiry is pending in CSR No.622 of 2019. In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant any relief sought for by the petitioner. Resultantly, the criminal original petition is closed.
