This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9272 of 2021 to report before the respondent police monthly once i.e, the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court finds no reasons to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.908 of in Crl.O.P.No.9272 of 2021. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
