Prayer in Crl.M.P.No. 20316 of 2025: This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, praying to permit the petitioner to withdraw the sum of Rs.50,000/- invested in the name of the petitioner with accrued interest till the date of realization. 1/4

Side) COMMON ORDER This Court while granting anticipatory bail to the first respondent herein directing to pay a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- to the first respondent's daughter and Rs.50,000/- to the first respondent's wife and now, the same has also been complied with.
2.The first respondent's wife and daughter filed two separate applications in Crl.M.P.No. 20316 of 2025 which was filed by the wife and in Crl.M.P.No. 20309 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 14458 of 2007 respectively seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the amount deposited by the first respondent herein. 3.This Court while granting anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No. 14458 of 2007, dated 04.06.2007 recorded the settlement reached between the parties and one of the Clauses reads that the first respondent shall pay a sum of Rs.4,50,000/- and since the same has been complied with, and the petitioners now come forward to withdraw the same, I am inclined to allow the above petitions 2/4

Accordingly, this Court directs the petitioners to approach before the Registry and to withdraw the amount deposited by the first respondent herein by filing necessary applications in the manner known to law and the Registry is directed to disburse the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are disposed of.
