3. It is represented on behalf of the Respondents that the Order dated 25.02.2019 passed in W.P.No.10727 of 2016 has been complied with. As a matter of fact, the representation of the petitioner was rejected by the 2nd Respondent / the Assistant Elementary Education Officer, vide Proceedings.Na.Ka.No.248/M.3/2023 dated 21.02.2023.

3. Inasmuch as the Order of this Court dated 25.02.2019 in W.P.No.10727 of 2016 was complied with by the Respondents, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Contempt Petition by this Court.
