Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to exchange the land S.No.514/3 to an extent of 62 cents belongs to the petitioner and the land S.No.512/2 to an extent of 20 cents belongs to the Government and the same may be exchanged between the petitioner and the respondents situated at No.75, Old Kummudipoondi Village and Taluk, Thiruvallur District and to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2019 within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to exchange the land S.No.514/3 to an extent of 62 cents belongs to the petitioner and the land S.No.512/2 to an extent of 20 cents belongs to the Government and the same may be exchanged between the petitioner and the respondents situated at No.75, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Old Kummudipoondi Village and Taluk, Thiruvallur District and to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2019 within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.S.Kumaresan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2019, and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
