This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in paragraph No.5 (b) of the order dated 07.07.2023, made in Crl.O.P.No.15077 of 2023.

2. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that from 12.09.2023, the petitioner has not been complying with the condition.

3. Considering the said submission, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. The petitioner is directed to continue to comply with the condition imposed in paragraph No.5 (b) of the order dated 07.07.2023, in Crl.O.P.No.15077 of 2023.
