This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 30.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19403 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.

However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
