The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the 1st respondent has completed the investigation and filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.14 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam and the trial has been completed and the case was ended in acquittal in C.C.No.14 of 2018.
