2. In the affidavit in support of this application, it is stated that the petitioner inadvertently omitted to indicate the date and place of death of the deceased. All the respondents have submitted consent affidavits. In these circumstances, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The application is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the applicant is permitted to carry out the amendments on or before 12.12.2022.

4. List the matter on 12.12.2022.
