2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.10.2019, a case has been registered in Cr.No.373 of 2019 on 07.11.2019 under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii), 448 of IPC.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
