When the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, Mr.Tippu Sulthan, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents informed the court that the order of this court dated 07.07.2023 has been complied with. To support his contention, he has produced the letter of the second respondent addressed to the petitioner in Na.Ka. No.26534/F3/2018 dated 18.12.2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner also concurs the same. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the same is closed. No costs.
