These petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 870 days in filing the appeals.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel for respondent has no serious objection for allowing these petitions.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered and the delay of 870 days in filing the appeals are condoned.

5.It is made clear that in the event of this Court enhancing the award amount, the petitioners shall not be entitled to any interest for the period of delay of 870 days in filing the appeals. 02.09.2025 kmm Note: Registry is directed to number the appeals if it is otherwise in order.
