The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police, on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.28858 of 2023 by an order dated 12.01.2024.
2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
3.
Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the petitioner had also complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
