This petition is filed to review the order dated 3 November, 2016 in C.R.P. No. 3403 of 2016.

When the review application is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the very suit in O.S. No. 90 of 2015 was disposed of by the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore on 11 September, 2018.
