The petitioner has filed these miscellaneous petitions seeking permission for substituted service in view of the fact that the tenth respondent did not receive notice.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the tenth respondent is none else than the sister of the petitioner, but notice could not be served upon her as she is not receiving the same. As notices already sent to the tenth respondent have been returned with an endorsement "as no such person", Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that those notices have been sent to the last known address of the tenth respondent, but they cannot be served. 3.

Considering the submissions made by Learned Counsel for the petitioner and to complete the process of service of notice against the tenth respondent, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to effect paper publication in Coimbatore edition of 'Dinamalar' newspaper within a period of three weeks.
