By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's son was employed as Sanitary Worker and expired on 19.02.2018 and subsequently the petitioner who is the mother of the deceased made a representation seeking CPS benefits on 05.08.2018, but till date the same has been not considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3.Heard both sides.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2018 and pass orders, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. 5.Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
