Crl.M.P.Nos.15138 and 15142 of 2024 in Crl.A Nos.35 of 2024 and 1639 of SUNDER MOHAN,J., These petitions have been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners vide order dated 25.03.2024 to appear before the 2nd respondent police station on every Monday at 10.30 a.m.

except on the day of their appearance before the Court in Crl A Nos.35 of 2023 and 1639 of 2023 respectively.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the condition has been complied with by the petitioners from 25.03.2024 to till date.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the above condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 25.03.2024 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court during all the hearing dates without fail.
