O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the Partition Deed dated 29.08.2024 presented before the 3rd respondent for registration.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on written instructions from the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.3604/E/2024, dated 28.10.2024 submits that no document was presented by the petitioner before the 3rd respondent as per the token No.TP/192608396/2024.

3. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to take fresh token and present the document before the 3rd respondent in the allotted time slot. The document shall be considered by the 3rd respondent in accordance with law and final orders with regard to the registration of the same shall be 2/4

passed within a period of one week from the date of receipt of such document.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
