This petition has been filed to relax the condition, "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders", imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25027 of 2022 dated 26.10.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
