2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical error has been crept in para 4 of the order dated 02.03.2023. The said para No.4 is to be replaced as follows:

"4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and welfare of the child, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions and further directs the first petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as interim maintenance every month to the defacto complainant and his child until modified by Court of law. The amount shall be deposited in the defacto complainant's account (Account No.6245778818) IFSC:IDIB000K006, in the first week of every English Calender month until further orders, failing which order of anticipatory bail will be canceled." https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
