This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.Nos.23837 & 23913 of 2022 on 27.10.2022 to stay at Tirunelveli and report before the Inspector of Police, Tirunelveli Town Police Station, every day at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner herein is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
