ORDER
1. Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents forwarded a letter dated 13.11.2019 in Na.Ka.E1/3012/2019, referring to the order of the Tahsildar, Melmalayanur Taluk dated 27.08.2019, which had been communicated and which indicates that the petitioner's grievances had been addressed and there has been sub-division effected with respect to S.No.262 and giving the sub-division as 3A1A and 3A1B. It was originally 262 with sub-division 3A1. The entire extent of 58 Ares had been sub divided into 0.56.88 Ares and 0.1.12 Ares. The patta in Patta No.1300 had been retained with respect to 0.56.88 Ares and patta No.2526 had been given to the lands measuring 0.1.12 Ares. In effect, the grievance of the petitioner had been effectively addressed and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
2. The writ petition stands closed recording the above. No costs.
