This petition has been filed seeking to order payment out by directing the Registry to issue a cheque in the name of the first petitioner for a sum of Rs.3,61,997/-, being his share in the amount deposited to the credit of C.R.P.Nos.1615 & 1618 of 2020 in pursuance of the order dated 16.09.2020 in C.M.P.Nos.9796 & 9798 of 2020 and extended vide order dated 27.01.2021 passed in C.M.P.Nos.20 & 23 of 2021 in C.R.P.Nos.1615 & 1618 of 2020 respectively.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed to order payment out.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this Civil Miscellaneous petition stands ordered.
