This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17525 of in Crl.O.P.No.20230 of 2023 on 07.11.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once ie., on every Saturday at 10.00.a.m., till filing of charge sheet.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17525 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20230 of 2023 on 07.11.2023 , is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
