When the writ petition was listed on 06.09.2024, learned counsel for the petitioner was absent. Therefore, registry was directed to list the matter on 27.09.2024 under caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter is called there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, it can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Writ Petition. Accordingly, Writ Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected WMP's are closed.
