This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.6 of 2020, pending on the file of the respondent Police.

The learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the Principal District Judge, Kancheepuram District and the same has been taken cognizance in Spl.C.C.No.40 of 2025 and it is pending for trial. 3.

In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
