This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the Judgment and Decree dated 28.02.2017 passed in R.C.A.No.548 of 2005 on the file of the VII Court of Small Causes, Chennai, confirming the order and decree dated 08.03.2005 passed in R.C.O.P.No.1497 of 2004 on the file of the XIV Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, being the tenant, had already vacated the petition premises and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
