The petitioner herein is a Member of Tiana Tower Owner Association. There is some dispute between the Association and the petitioner regarding erection of certain additional amenities in his flat, which is opposed by the Association. Alleging that office bearers of Association are threatening him, the present petition is filed seeking Police protection to carry out the safe works of installation of grills and glass.
2. This Court is of the view that putting up any additional construction or alteration under any name, should be with the consent of the Association and cannot be done unilaterally and hence Police protection for that purpose cannot be given without the consent of the 2/4
Association Members.
3. Hence, with the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
