COMMON ORDER The petitioners, who arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.06.2025, for the offences punishable under Sections 64(2)(m), 91, 94, 87, 49, 318 of BNS Act and Sections 20, 21(1), 5(j)(ii), 5(l), 6(1) of POCSO Act, 2012, in Crime No.33 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the minor girl was impregnated by A1 and in order to bury the foetus, the petitioner along with accused 1 and 2 was arrested. A2, quack doctor running a clinic under the name and style of Shiva Clinic, which was assisted by his staff, namely A4, A5 and A6. It is alleged that the staff, along with others, buried the foetus, which was about eight months old, near a burial ground.
3. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to entertain these petitions at this stage.
