Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.198 of 2013, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings.
