COMMON PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to provide adequate safety and security to the family members of the petitioners and direct the respondents not to foist any false case on the petitioner and her family members in present.

C O M M O N O R D E R These writ petitions have been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, for police protection to the petitioner in both petitions and pass orders on the same within a reasonable time.

2. Now, almost two years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in both petitions cannot be granted now. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observations, these Writ Petitions are stands disposed of. No costs.
