The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation to issue patta with regard to the land in Survey No.263/13 and Survey No.263 at Athipattu Village, Ambattur Taluk, Tiruvallur District, within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the subject property and she made representation dated 20.09.2022 to the respondent seeking issuance of patta under the Patta Passbook Act and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2022 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame.

4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the 2/4

petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2022, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
