Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents from interfering with the petitioner's right to quarry and transport rough stones on payment of necessary seigniorage from the leasehold stone quarry measuring 3-00-0 Hectares, comprised in Survey S.F.No.87/Part-1 (East), situated in Athani Village, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District for a period of six months and fourteen days from 15.06.2004 notwithstanding the date of expiry mentioned in the lease deed.
