Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to cancel the patta which had been illegally effected in favour of the 3rd respondent Gengadharan from the petitioner's grandfather C.Muniswamy on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2012 on a date fixed by this Court.
