The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original petitions to quash the proceedings in Crime No.354 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent for the offence punishable under Sections 468 and 471 of IPC.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that the money dispute between the parties was settled. To that effect, she submitted a copy of the memo before this Court, and she is also inclined to withdraw the proceedings in Crime No.354 of 2022 against the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent has not raised any objection to quash the proceedings.

4. Upon seeing the copy of the settlement arrived between the parties, and as the defacto complainant is also inclined to withdraw the proceedings in Crime No.354 of 2022 registered against the petitioner, and considering the memo filed by her, this Court is inclined to quash the proceedings in Crime No.354 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent.
