This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings dated 29.09.2023 passed in Ref.No.Na.Ka.No.0279/2023/A2 on the file of the first respondent herein.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled between the petitioner and the second respondent.

Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application seeking planning permission for the subject property in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
