Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records relating to the petitioner's husband detention under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 vide detention order dated 25.09.2024 on the file of the second respondent herein made in proceedings C.M.P.No.56/Bootlegger/2024[M1], quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's husband namely Nagarajan, S/o. Arumugam, aged 41 years, before this Court and set the petitioner's husband at liberty from detention, now detained at Central Prison, Salem.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned order of detention has already been revoked by the competent Authority vide G.O.Rt.No.7776, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 09.11.2024.
Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
