This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.22149 of 2024 on 10.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 AM, until further orders.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation was completed and e-filing is done before the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the petitioner is directed to appear before the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai on the first working day of December 2024 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the Trial Court. Thereby,the condition No.7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.22149 of 2024 on 10.09.2024 is modified.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
