O R D E R

(The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing/Hybrid Mode".) This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and final order dated 16.08.2016 dismissing the I.A.No.42 of 2016 in O.S.No.82 of 2011 filed under Order VI Rule 17 of C.P.C. to amend the plaint. When the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the suit itself was dismissed for default on 24.02.2017 and subsequently it was not restored to file and in view of the same, nothing survives in the present Civil Revision Petition. 2.Recording the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
