..Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to transfer the investigation in Crime No.5 of 2021 from the 5th respondent police to 8th respondent within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The petition is filed seeking transfer of investigation from the EOW to CBI on the ground that around 1300 crores been cheated from more than 76,597 investors across the States in Southern India. Therefore, the learned counsel who appeared for one of the victim/depositor seeks transfer of investigation to CBI.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), states that the issue was seized of by this Court in W.P. No.25994 of 2021 filed by one Prabu and Chandrasekar, Rajendran who are also victims like the petitioner herein and in their Writ Petition, this Court has taken note of 2/4
ramification of the offence and the progress in the investigation, had directed the Special Investigation Team of EOW constituted as per the direction of this Court in the earlier Writ Petition to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No. 03 of 2019 and 13 of 2019 within a period of 16 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order pursuant to this order, necessary steps been taken and investigation has been expedited.
3. In view of the above facts, this Court is not inclined to pass multiple orders for the same cause and also being satisfied that the investigation by EOW taken as per the Court direction and proceeding hence, there is no necessity for transfer of investigation at this stage.
