When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) represented that this petition has been filed as crime number not known, whereas, FIR has already been registered against this petitioner in Crime No.851 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 408 and 66D of I.T. Act.

2. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

3. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application by quoting the crime number.
