Heard Mr. K.Govi Ganesan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. U.Baranidharan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

When it was pointed out that the scheme under which the Freedom Fighter pension is sought to be sanctioned has not been produced, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition along with relevant documents and Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
