Today, the matter is listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for petitioner would submit that the petitioner is employed in Kenya and not in Russia as stated in the order dated 06.12.2024. Hence, he seeks clarification in paragraph 3 of the order dated 06.12.2024. 3.In view of the submission made, the second line of paragraph 3 of the order dated 06.12.2024, is replaced as follows: "3. ... petitioner is at present employed in Kenya and he was represented by a ...."

4. It is also made clear that in all other respects, the order dated 06.12.2024, shall remain unaltered.
