ORDER
This application has been filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 16.06.2023 made in SA No.472 of 2016.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that the matter has been resolved between the parties and a memorandum of compromise dated 22.01.2026 duly signed by the parties and attested by their respective counsel, has been filed. The memorandum of compromise reads as under: "It is submitted as follows:
''1.The respondents have agreed to pay a sum of Rs.3,25,000/- as full and final settlement of all the claims of the petitioner against the respondents.
2.Since, possession of the property has already been taken through court on 11.10.2023, the respondents have agreed to waive all their claim regarding Mense profit/Damages/Maintenance charges against the petitioner.
3.Further as directed by this Hon'ble Court, a sum of Rs.3,25,000/- has been paid by way of Demand Draft dated 07.01.2026 drawn on Axis Bank, George Town Branch vide D.D.No.211864. The same has been received by the petitioner.
4.There are no other claims as between the petitioner and the respondent in respect of each other and /or in respect of the property.
3.This Review Application stands disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise dated 22.01.2026 and the said memorandum of compromise shall form part of the decree. No costs. 22-01-2026 DN To
