ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ of habeas corpus petition has been instituted to direct the respondents to produce the detenue viz., Priyadharshini, female, aged about 22 years.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detenue had already been traced and she expressed her willingness to join with her parents.

The letter given by the detenue to the Police Authorities would reveal that no marriage was solemnized. Under these circumstances, the detenue is willing to continue her studies by staying along with her parents. 4.
That being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken. It is made clear that the petitioner should not cause any disturbance to the detenue or to the family members. In the event of any such interference, the Police Authorities shall take all appropriate actions.
