This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner on the pretext of the enquiry on the alleged frivolous complaint of one Viswalingam.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on a false complaint given by one Viswalingam, the petitioner is being called for by the respondent police for enquiry and harassed by them.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the complaint given by one Viswalingam, a current paper enquiry has been initiated in C.No.113 of 2022 and it was closed on 09.11.2022; as of now, no petition is pending against the petitioner. 2/4

5. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
