This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 20.10.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25849 of 2022 in paragraph No.6(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
